Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper
Managerial responsibilities over a staff of housekeepers ensure quality and efficiency. The oversight of tasks competition will be the principle accountability of the executive role. Coordination of crew will require a mastery of administration, human resource management and establishment of operations standards. The chief responsibility is to develop guidelines and schedules for the domestic staff, which may also require the hiring, training and evaluation of the domestic members. Leadership and strong assessment skills are required for the role. Responsibilities may also extend into fiscal management to ensure that supplies and labor are properly budgeted and managed. The Housekeeper does not have any managerial experience.
