**Job Title:** Live-Out Estate Manager

**Location:** Rumson, New Jersey, with travel to West Palm Beach, FL, and Manhattan, NY

**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Live-Out Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a family’s residences in Rumson, NJ, West Palm Beach, FL, and Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion, along with a proven track record of managing multiple properties and staff members in a similar capacity.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Financial Management:**
– Handle bill payments and financial transactions for multiple properties.
– Manage payroll administration, including bonuses and performance reviews for staff.
– Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations regarding hiring and termination processes.

2. **Staff Management:**
– Recruit, hire, and train household staff members as needed.
– Develop and maintain schedules for household staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.

3. **Event Planning and Execution:**
– Plan and coordinate a wide range of events, from intimate family gatherings to large-scale parties.
– Oversee all aspects of event execution, including vendor management, logistics, and guest coordination.

4. **Travel Coordination:**
– Arrange travel accommodations, including flights and ground transportation, for family members and staff.
– Assist with packing and unpacking for trips, ensuring all necessary items are prepared and organized.

5. **Administrative Support:**
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for family members.
– Conduct research and provide recommendations on various topics as requested.
– Act as a liaison between family members and household staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

6. **Property Management:**
– Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all properties, coordinating with contractors and service providers as needed.
– Ensure that all properties are well-maintained, organized, and secure at all times.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-net-worth household.
– Impeccable references demonstrating a track record of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
– Strong financial management skills, including experience with bill payment, payroll administration, and budgeting.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations pertaining to hiring and employment practices.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
– Proficiency in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
– Flexibility to travel between properties and work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
