Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and organized professionals with a background in the private domestic sector. As a Remote Placement Assistant, you will work closely with the owner of HMN, assisting in the placement of domestic staff across the United States and Puerto Rico. This is a flexible, commission-based role where you can work full-time or part-time, setting your own schedule while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the HMN team to identify and place top-tier nannies with families.
– Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the placement process.
– Utilize your experience in the domestic sector to assess candidate suitability and match them with the right family.
– Manage follow-ups and ensure that all placements are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
– Provide & source private families who need assistance in their private home/office.
Qualifications:
– Experience: 2+ years of experience in the domestic sector working as a nanny, house manager, estate manager, or other domestic staff roles.
– Education: A college degree is preferred but not required.
– Skills: Highly organized, proactive, with superb customer service skills and excellent follow-through, tech savvy, ability to communicate, resourceful and outgoing.
– Location: While this is a remote role, we are particularly interested in candidates based in NYC/NJ, Puerto Rico, South Florida, Texas, and California.
What We Offer:
