Job Description
House Managers Network (HMN) is seeking motivated, relationship-driven Client Acquisition Specialists to join our growing recruiting team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building trust, developing professional networks, and managing a full-cycle recruiting and client acquisition process within high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new private clients, managing the recruiting lifecycle for domestic and estate staff, and serving as a trusted advisor to families seeking exceptional household talent. You will represent HMN in professional, social, and community settings, acting as an ambassador of our brand and values.
This is a performance-based role offering significant earning potential, autonomy, and long-term growth for individuals who are disciplined, strategic, and relationship-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the client acquisition and recruiting process from initial outreach through successful placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth families, family offices, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other referral partners
- Proactively source new clients through strategic networking, community involvement, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Manage active recruiting pipelines, including candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and offer facilitation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding household needs, role expectations, and long-term staffing goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HMN’s CRM and tracking systems
- Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to manage pipelines, forecast placements, and improve conversion rates
- Represent HMN at events, showings, social clubs, charitable functions, and professional gatherings as appropriate
- Adhere to HMN standards related to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical recruiting practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Skills Needed:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with high-net-worth individuals
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active searches
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
- Professional presence, discretion, and sound judgment
- Resourceful and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to represent the HMN brand with professionalism in both virtual and in-person settings
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, executive assistance, private households, luxury service, real estate, hospitality, or client-facing roles is highly valued. College degree is preferred but not required. Recent graduates with strong communication skills, professional presence, and a demonstrated ability to network are welcome to apply.
